Allen and I decided to rent some bikes and ride around the park and city of Vancouver BC today! I have to say I really need this cross training. I have come to realize that my thighs are really weak and that could be part of why I keep injuring my knee. Still managed to get in almost 34 miles today and saw a lot of breath taking sites! :)

30 min on the elliptical with it doing mnt setting. It was between 30-45 adding incline as it went. It felt good and I finally started to sweat the last 10 minutes. My watch died about 3 minutes into it so I wasn't able to log it. On a side note I was watching the NHL Finals and heard the city explode when they one! lol

Another 30 min on the elliptical today. Set it on Mountain intervals so it went from 30 resistance with 6 incline to 25 resistance with 16 incline. Knee didn't feel a thing, so I think I'm just going to keep this up for awhile till it heals all the way and maybe get it stronger at the same time! :)
