Woke up this morning with getting 3 miles in mind. Looked outside and saw that it was wet but not raining. I put on my running gear opened up my door and it was snowing. Boooo. Well as everyone knows the rain and snow was on and off all day so that kept pushing it off. Also had to go to the dentist @ 11am to get a filling redone "I like have a numb mouth" haha. Then met up with Rob for lunch at my favorite Thai place.

Well the wife got home at 5 and she decided to run on the treadmill cause of the weather and I took a chance and ran outside. I made it 1.5 miles strong and then I could feel my heart rate really picking up. It was a run/walk from there on, I really need to get rid of this cold. I managed to get 2.9 miles in 27.07 min. not my best, but not bad for the amount of walking I did.

Rob, I could tell I had to much to eat when I was running. That's why I like running in the mornings better.

Allie, Thank you for the welcome. :) I've heard good things about you!
