Thought I would try running again in the hopes that my right knee was healed. Well after about a mile into the run it started to hurt every time my right leg would impact the ground. This same thing happened to my left knee about 2 months ago. I let it heal for about a week and wore a knee brace when I would run for about 2 weeks and it finally went away. I haven't had any issues with the left knee since. I'm hoping the same thing goes for the left one. Maybe all that my knee's is just a nice break in to get used to all this running and then I won't have anymore issues? :(

With that being said, I was hoping to run 6 miles again today but as soon as my knee acted up I knew that wasn't going to happen. So it ended up being a run/walk morning.

We decided to start at a different point on the Jordan Parkway trail today. We started at 4800 s. and ran south to 5400 s. and then turned back. I have to say it is the prettiest part of the trail so far. There was a wildlife preserve the first half of the trail that was breath taking. Their Pelican's, ducks and much more wildlife enjoying the nice brisk morning. I will for sure run that path again.
