I'm going to blame my slow times on this dang sinus cold that I cannot get rid of. I still felt my knee a little bit, but didn't stop because of it. I found myself stopping because my legs felt weak and my heart rate kept climbing above 185bmp. That's where it was when I first started running and was out of shape. :( It was still beautiful outside and I really like this part of the parkway because of the scenery. There was a tailwind at first and then head wind on the way back!

Danny, here is your new goal. You are going to run all the way to and across the Golden Gate Bridge with me in August. So get ready, I think it's about 17 miles round trip.

That's a big challenge. Are you going to slow down for me or do I have to speed up to your pace? you run over 2 min miles faster than me. Help me figure out how to get my heart rate down about 20bpm and I'm game! :)

Danny, your blog is boring if you don't update it every day.
