Did 15 min on the Elliptical. Then decided to do some jump rope and knee lifts. I was 2 minutes last on recording the jump ropes.
Wanted to do an hour today. Guess not working out all week and having an extremely lazy weekend with not eating till 3pm today was a bad idea. Maybe next time.
