Half Marathon Finish
Did a personal 10k in 52:56.
2011 Ogden Half 3:01:00 with injured knee
Short-Term Running Goals:
Half in under 2 hours
Long-Term Running Goals:
To avoid any permanent injuries!
Did 15 min on the Elliptical. Then decided
to do some jump rope and knee lifts. I was 2 minutes last on recording
the jump ropes.
Wanted to do an hour today. Guess not
working out all week and having an extremely lazy weekend with not
eating till 3pm today was a bad idea. Maybe next time.
